World Cup Team Rankings

When I wrote this post Cameroon were number 19 in the World Cup rankings. I wonder whether this will change once the tournament begins. In 2006 they were number 11. Who is going to be the first to tell me who the top  ranking African team is?  Where do Cameroon come in the African rankings?
